  • Prefill past service requests submitted by you

  • Generate a one-time task in Asana (our task system)

Your data is used only for the purpose of triage, and is not shared externally, sold, or reused beyond your current session.

4. Use of GPT Technology

This service uses GPT-based classification to help route your request. GPT does not:

  • Store chat data
  • Retain personal information
  • Generate responses beyond what’s defined in our internal service catalog

All processing is prompt-limited and session-bound, with no memory or profiling.

5. Session and Technical Storage

We use temporary browser-based session storage to:

  • Retain your name/email while using the chat
  • Track your triage selections during the session

This session data is cleared automatically on reload or completion.

6. Data Security

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS. Data routed to task management platforms (e.g., Asana) is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We ensure:

  • Minimal data retention
  • No sensitive data collection
  • No profiling or automated decision-making beyond routing your request
